LGOP: Fishing
What is a "LGOP"? It's a Little Group of Paratroopers. And this time, we're gather a LGOP interested in fresh air and fishing.
Chicago Chapter Vice Chairman Glenn Granat and Life Member Steve Corcoran will be hosting their 3rd annual fishing day on 05 June from 08:00-15:00 at Joe's Pond in Willow Springs, IL. Friends and families are welcome. Please bring your own fishing gear, bait and chairs.
In addition to fishing we will have bags (cornhole), whiffle ball, and other family friendly activities. Water, soft drinks and snacks will be provided by the Chapter. This is an excellent opportunity to spend time with fellow Paratroopers and their families and share Airborne stories. There will be a prize for the largest and smallest fish caught.
