All Things Airborne
Airborne became a reality on 16 August 1940 over Lawson Field near Fort Benning, GA, when the U.S. Army Parachute Test Platoon dropped its first members out of a Douglas B18. Since then, Airborne Heritage has been synonymous with bravery and exceptional service. This page will collect many aspects of our proud Airborne history and heritage.
