Honduras Army years (14)

Created on: 13 Jul 2021
I was admitted at the Army Military Academy on 1984 at the end of my second year I was send to a Artillery Batallion ( Airborne) as a staff Sgt,by them I already have my jump wings since is a requirement for everyone who is assigned to that particular unit. I was assigned to Bravo Battery 155 mm howitzer and I love my time there .
My unit was next to the Honduras Jump school and every time they have a class graduation we were invited to jump with them, I logged 37 jumps and I earn my airborne wings from the US Army during exercises jumping twice from the Chinook and once from the Hercules.
In 1988 I was transferred to the Honduras Army Headquarters to work in military intelligence, by then I was a first Sgt and stay there until 1991 when I move to the US.
  • In my Parade uniform as a freshman in the Military Academy General Francisco Morazan the alma mater of the Honduras Army.
